An industrial incubator is an automatic electromechanical unit, specially designed to carry out a full cycle of production of chickens (1848 pieces per bookmark), goslings (728 pieces), ducklings (1323 pieces), etc. The product is widely used in large and medium-sized poultry factories.

The automatic industrial incubator is a dimensional box made of polymer-coated steel. The door is equipped with an observation window, a cushioning material is installed along its perimeter, ensuring a tight fit. A working chamber is formed inside, in which trays with egg cells are installed in vertical rows. Under the trays there is a plastic basket for receiving and initially finding chickens in it. The heating heater is installed in the upper part of the chamber. At the bottom of the chamber there is a small water tank with a heater. The air conditioning system of two silent fans ensures uniform distribution of air flows with elevated temperature. The thermostat automatically controls the set temperature parameters and switches off the heaters in a timely manner. The incubator is controlled by a microprocessor, the panel of which is located on the front surface of the case, above the door. The remote control has digital indicators of temperature, humidity, number of days from laying and time periods for turning eggs.
The device is silent and environmentally friendly. The design and operating modes do not require in-depth training of personnel.
